I had began my career as an Enrolled Nurse here in Castlemaine back in 1989. Over the past 32 years, my passion for health has flourished, and has since led me accross many fields within the health industry - from General Practice Nursing to Prison Nursing, and then into the aged care sector.
With the wealth of knowledge I had developed during my nursing career, I began to sought valuable management experience. Beginning with Mornington Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, I managed a small aged care facility for our Indigenous people. Afterwards, I went back to study and achieved a Graduate Diploma in Management and have been managing various large aged care facilities since.
With my combined business knowledge and caretaking skillset, I now strive to provide positive experiences to the disability sector. I am passionate about healthcare and it is in my blood to help people achieve their goals to live long, happy and healthier lives.
Born and bred in Melbourne with a passion for construction, I completed my trade in Carpentry and Joinery before meeting Chris and settling in country Victoria.
With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of building experience and understanding of the Australian building codes to CRISS Pty Ltd. Having completed countless projects involving constructions to improve accessibility for the public, I am well prepared and excited to focus soley on the disability sector.
I look forward to assisting you with services and building works that help make your life that extra bit smoother.
